At Brain & Body Balancing, we deeply value the time and well-being of our clients. We understand that life is fluid, and sometimes plans change. To ensure that we can accommodate the needs of all our clients and maintain a smooth schedule, we kindly request adherence to our cancellation policy:

  • Single Service Appointments: For cancelling or rescheduling any single service, please provide us with at least 24 hours notice.

  • Multiple Services or Packages: For multiple services or package appointments, we require a 48-hour notice for cancellation or rescheduling.

In the spirit of fairness and respect for both our clients' time and our practitioners' commitment:

  • Cancellation Fee: A cancellation fee of 50% of the service cost may be applied for notices less than the minimum required period.

  • No-Show Policy: In cases where there is no prior contact made to us and the appointment is missed, the full service charge may be applied.
